How long does Fashion 204 take to process an order?

Orders normally require 1–2 business days for processing.

How long does shipping take?

After dispatch, estimated transit time is 8–14 business days. Estimated total processing plus transit time is approximately 9–16 business days.

How much does shipping cost?

Standard Shipping is a flat $9.99 per order.

Can I cancel my order?

You may request cancellation within 24 hours of ordering. Cancellation may not be possible if fulfillment or shipment has already occurred.

What is your return period?

Eligible returns may be requested within 30 calendar days after delivery.

No. Fashion 204 charges no restocking fee for approved returns.

Do you offer exchanges?

No. We do not offer direct exchanges. You can return an eligible product and place a new order separately.

When will I receive my refund?

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after the returned product is received, inspected, and approved. Your payment provider may need additional time to post the refund.
