Fashion 204 wants customers to have clear information about returns and refunds before purchasing.
Google specifically requires return policies to cover issues such as the return window, method, fees, and buyer-remorse returns and to remain consistent across the website and Merchant Center.
1. 30-Day Return Window
You may request an eligible return within 30 calendar days from the date the carrier confirms delivery.
Return authorization must be obtained before sending any product back.
2. Return Eligibility
Because wigs are personal-use products, products returned for buyer-remorse reasons must remain in a condition suitable for resale.
To qualify for a return, the wig must generally be unused, unworn except for reasonable inspection, unwashed, uncut, uncolored, and otherwise unaltered. The lace must remain uncut and intact. Tags, packaging, accessories, and other components supplied with the product should also be returned.
Proof of purchase or the applicable Fashion 204 order number is required.
Products that have been worn extensively, washed, cut, colored, chemically treated, altered, damaged after delivery, or otherwise changed from their original condition may not qualify for a buyer-remorse return.
This restriction does not affect claims involving products that arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
3. Non-Returnable Products
Custom-made or personalized products may not qualify for buyer-remorse returns when they were produced specifically according to the customer's requested specifications.
Any applicable non-returnable condition will be clearly disclosed before purchase.
Products received damaged, defective, or incorrect will still be reviewed for an appropriate resolution.
4. How to Start a Return
Contact support@fashion204.shop within the 30-day return period. Include your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason for the return.
Photographs may be requested when relevant.
Wait until Fashion 204 provides written return authorization and return instructions.
For an approved return, Fashion 204 will provide a prepaid return shipping label or other no-cost return method.
Do not send merchandise back without authorization. Unauthorized returns may be refused or delayed.
5. Free Return Shipping
Return shipping is free for all approved returns.
Fashion 204 will provide the approved return method or prepaid return label.
Customers will not be charged a return-shipping fee for an authorized return.
6. No Restocking Fee
Fashion 204 charges no restocking fee for approved returns.
7. Original Shipping Charge
For buyer-remorse returns, the original $9.99 Standard Shipping charge is non-refundable.
If the return results from a verified damaged, defective, incorrect, or Fashion 204 fulfillment error, the applicable original shipping charge will also be refunded where appropriate.
8. Exchanges
Fashion 204 does not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like another wig, length, color, density, style, or other option, return the eligible product according to this policy and place a separate new order.
9. Refund Processing
After an authorized return is received, we will inspect the returned item.
If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after inspection.
Your bank or card issuer may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.
10. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If an item arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or different from what you ordered, contact us promptly at support@fashion204.shop.
Include your order number and clear photographs where applicable so we can review the issue.
Depending on the circumstances, an appropriate resolution may include a refund, replacement where appropriate, or another reasonable solution.
11. Cancellation
You may request cancellation within 24 hours after placing your order by contacting support@fashion204.shop.
If the order has already shipped or can no longer be stopped, you may use the applicable return process after receiving it.
