These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of fashion204.shop and purchases made from Fashion 204.

By accessing our website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies referenced in them.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the website.

3. Orders and Order Acceptance

An automatic order-confirmation email confirms that we received your order but does not necessarily mean the order has been finally accepted or fulfilled.

Fashion 204 may reasonably verify, decline, limit, or cancel an order because of circumstances including:

Standard Shipping currently costs a flat $9.99 per order.

We do not intentionally add undisclosed mandatory charges after a customer completes checkout.

7. Order Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation within 24 hours after placing an order.

We will make reasonable efforts to honor timely cancellation requests.

However, if processing or fulfillment has progressed to a stage where the order cannot be stopped, cancellation may no longer be possible.

If the product has shipped, the Return & Refund Policy applies.

8. Returns and Refunds

Eligible products may be returned within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery, subject to the conditions stated in our Return & Refund Policy.

Return authorization is required before sending any product back.

Approved returns receive free return shipping.

Fashion 204 charges no restocking fee for approved returns.

For buyer-remorse returns, the original $9.99 shipping charge is non-refundable.

Fashion 204 does not offer direct exchanges.

Customers who wish to receive another item, size, color, density, length, or style should return the eligible item and place a new order.

9. Promotions and Discount Codes

Failure to enforce a provision on one occasion does not automatically waive the right to enforce it later.
