This Payment Policy applies to purchases made from Fashion 204.
1. Accepted Payment Methods
Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, JCB, Visa Electron, Discover, and Diners Club.
Payment-method availability may depend on the customer's location, card issuer, device, and the payment options available through checkout at the time of purchase.
2. Currency
Product prices, shipping charges, applicable taxes, refunds, and other transaction amounts are displayed and processed in U.S. dollars (USD) unless checkout clearly indicates otherwise.
3. Payment Authorization
Payment must be successfully authorized before an order can proceed to fulfillment.
A bank or card provider may temporarily place an authorization hold on the payment method. A declined or unsuccessful payment does not create a completed order.
4. Secure Checkout
Fashion 204 operates through Shopify's ecommerce platform. Payment information is processed through the secure checkout and authorized payment-processing services.
Fashion 204 does not directly receive or store your complete payment-card number.
5. Prices, Shipping, and Taxes
Customers can review the product price, applicable discounts, the $9.99 Standard Shipping charge, and applicable taxes before submitting payment.
We do not add undisclosed mandatory charges after a customer completes an order.
6. Order Verification
Fashion 204 may review or cancel an order when reasonably necessary because of suspected unauthorized payment, fraud, incorrect pricing, inventory problems, or other legitimate order-verification concerns.
If a successfully paid order is cancelled by Fashion 204, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
7. Refunds
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
We cannot redirect a card refund to another card, person, or bank account.
